Following the complete abolition of corporal punishment and the passage of student rights ordinances, South Korea's classrooms descend into anarchy. Educators face daily assaults, extortion, and psychological terror from students who exploit the Juvenile Act to avoid criminal liability. With public faith shattered and faculty authority neutered, the Ministry of Education establishes the Teachers' Rights Protection Bureau (TRPB), a specialized governmental enforcement unit granted full legal immunity to intervene directly on school grounds.

Enter Hwajin Na, the bureau's premier field inspector. Armed with state authorization, tactical hand-to-hand proficiency, and complete indifference toward social pleasantries, Hwajin deploys to the nation's most lawless academic institutions. Joined by field partner Lim Hanrim, a former national weightlifter with lethal striking power, Hwajin systematically dismantles the power hierarchies of entrenched juvenile syndicates, privileged cyberbullies, and corrupt school administrators who cover up violent crimes to preserve institutional funding.

Rather than relying on moral appeals or empty counseling, Hwajin targets the exact incentives driving student misconduct. He turns legal loopholes against predatory minors, forcing violent offenders to face physical and legal consequences. Get Schooled balances intense close-quarters combat choreography with sharp examinations of institutional corruption, legal ethics, and classroom dynamics.

What to Expect

Get Schooled follows an episodic, case-by-case narrative structure anchored by recurring departmental arcs. Combat sequences prioritize grounded hand-to-hand martial arts, joint locks, and decisive takedowns over exaggerated supernatural abilities. Each case operates as a tactical investigation: Hwajin analyzes school administration dynamics, exposes concealed criminal records, and uses psychological leverage before applying decisive physical force. Pacing remains rapid, with conflicts escalating across three-to-six chapter case investigations.
