Having walked away from the violent underworld of Incheon where he once single-handedly dismantled twenty-four school syndicates, Daegun Kwon lives an unassuming life working night shifts at a convenience store while studying for his high school equivalency exam. His deliberate isolation shatters when he casually dismantles a group of delinquent extortionists disturbing his workplace. The display catches the attention of the Educational Foundation, an organization frustrated by rampant institutional inaction and school violence that conventional laws cannot touch.

Foundation director Sa-im Lee offers Daegun an unprecedented assignment: enroll undercover at Geumryong High School under the covert project codenamed "Designated Bully." His mission is stark and uncompromising—act as an apex bully who commands the social hierarchy through sheer physical dominance, systematically neutralizing predatory student cartels, extortion rings, and the entrenched Four Heavenly Kings syndicate from within.

Armed with exceptional kinetic vision, boxing discipline, and brutal pragmatism, Daegun steps back into the classroom. Navigating volatile social hierarchies, cunning regional gang commanders, and suspicious classmates like Suzy Baek, Daegun transforms the schoolyard into an unforgiving proving ground where bullies face absolute retribution.
